Living in Victoria BC but originally from Guelph, Ontario, Sandy worked with The Guelph Little Theatre
as set designer, as well as completing undergraduate courses in Art and
Theatre at the University of Guelph. Since relocating to Victoria in 1996,
she has continued her love of the genre by providing
home colour and design
consultations, first through Colour Your World (I.C.I. Paint), and then
through Cloverdale Paint, while earning her diploma in Interior Design.
It
was during this time that one of Sandy’s homes received the 2004 Silver
C.A.R.E. Award (Construction Association’s Recognition of Excellence.) for
B.C. This home was featured on CHEK TV with Gordie Tupper, as well as being
covered in the Victoria Time Colonist’s Home Section.
In 2006, Sandy opened her consultation business “Transformations By Design”,
and continues to
assist both residential and commercial clients in choosing
colour and design direction for their projects.
Today, she continues to evolve and provides creative home décor advice for clients looking for something unique and a cut above the crowd!
